SHIPPING
Orders placed by 12:00PM (noon) Pacific time will be shipped same day from our facility if in stock. If item is not in stock, the item will be be dropped shipped from the manufacturer the same day by the same method requested. If the manufacturer is out of stock on an item, we will contact you via telephone to discuss the availability of your order.
All shipments are fully insured. If your shipment is damaged, save all packaging material and contact the freight carrier immediately.
International Orders: Your order may be subject to the collection of duties and taxes as determined by the country of delivery.
RETURNS
All returns must be pre-approved. A copy of the original invoice should accompany all returns, within 30 days of the original date of purchase. We reserve the right to apply up to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
