Black anodized aluminum ORB reducer fittings are designed to reduce a male AN fitting down to a smaller male AN size.

Flare will be on the larger side.
O-ring will be on the smaller side.

If used as inlet fittings on fuel pumps:
-12/ -8 Accepts -12 AN hose fitting and fits the small body pumps with a -8 port.

These are gently used fittings. They may have some wrench marks or small dings, but are still usable. New o-ring included.
